This is our full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.  Ruby Red in color and French in style, this wine provides flavors such as blackberry, cherry and tobacco with an earthy finish. It has a wonderful lingering finish and pairs well wine with heavier dishes such as beef, leg of lamb, and braised veal shank.

This delicious wine bursts with flavors of passion fruit, grapefruit, and key lime. Our Sauvignon Blanc is Estate grown and is crisp and great for just sipping.  This wine pairs well with seafood (especially shellfish), chicken, and cheeses.

Wonderful wine made using about 20% barrel fermentation.  Great green apple, cinnamon, and Meyer Lemon flavors.  The finish is clean and smooth making this a very easy drinking wine that would pair well with most seafood, and chicken dishes.

Enjoy this light and delicate, pale salmon colored wine. This Rosé is dry with an aroma exuding Meyer lemon zest and flavors of wild strawberry, rose pedal, and plum. This wine is excellent as a cocktail or paired with lightly dressed salads, oysters, clams, sushi, and light pasta dishes.

Bright straw colored and very aromatic. Flavors of peach, melon, orange blossom, and floral notes. Pairs well with chicken, light white sauce pastas, and seafood.
